Who We Serve
About McCaulley&Company
McCaulley&Company helps organizations navigate the complexity of government, funding, and strategy. Founded in 2014, our firm was built on one idea: alignment creates impact. When organizations, communities, and policymakers work together, meaningful change follows.
We are a collaborative, team-based consulting firm in Ohio, and we’re deeply committed to our clients and to the communities we serve. Our people are our greatest strength: a team of strategic thinkers, writers, and advocates united by integrity, accountability, and persistence. We bring together diverse experience in public policy, grant strategy, and relationship-building to deliver practical, effective results.
We combine government relations and grant writing in a way few firms can. As registered lobbyists and experienced grant writers, we not only advocate for our clients but also secure the resources that move their goals forward. This dual expertise delivers what we call MORE BETTER FASTER℠—more results, better strategies, and faster progress.
Based in Northeast Ohio, we serve clients across the state and beyond, including local governments, higher education institutions, healthcare systems, nonprofits, and private companies. From federal earmarks to multimillion-dollar grants, we focus on measurable outcomes that strengthen communities and create lasting value.
Our approach is defined by polite persistence: strategic, ethical, and respectful advocacy built on lasting relationships. As a boutique firm, we’re hands-on with every client, tailoring our methods to their unique goals and challenges.
At McCaulley&Company, we don’t wait to be called. We identify opportunities, build alignment, and turn potential into progress. When your path forward feels unclear, we provide clarity, confidence, and results.
